Once bitten twice shy never again!

The fact that we paid for an executive apartment and were put in a much more inferior and cheap and nasty and grubby room as they had obviously double booked the executive apartment and when we complained they put the phone down and refused to talk to us. Apparently they did the same with many other guests, so not a company to trust booking your accommodation with obviously. Beware booking rooms at this property!

Stay is okay but noisy when weekend

The apartment feels like home. So comfortable and so spacious. The location is great. The kitchen is fully equiped and the living room is the best part of this apartment.

The blanket is almost like a bed runner. There’s only 1 mirror in the whole apartment and the toilet in the master bathroom is dirty.

The best experience in a long time.

The apartment was very convenient to all we needed, very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and loved Singapore.We will most certainly return for another visit.

I know it is a good idea, but the second shower over the second toilet is something we are not used to, but it does serve a purpose.

Enjoyable

Staff are very helpful in our stay. Making it more pleasant and easy for us. We hired the coaster to and from the airport to the apartment. Just a phone call or text to communicate with the staff. Place is big and spacious and clean, near or across the malls. Subway is a walk away.

Communicating with staff before the trip is challenging. They don’t answer or reply until you are a few days away from the trip. All the essential things should have been transmitted before the trip and telephone number to get in touch with them or the driver fetching us.

The location was good to Orchard Rd

The process for entry to the apartment, which had no key just a padlock and we were not advised of any further requirement for a bond of $200 (not yet refunded)on our arrival.

Definitely not a place to stay if you’re going to Singapore for a holiday. Waste of money.

Just the location

Lots of hassle. Prior to our departure we advise the management that we would arrive between 2 and 3 on on 25th June. The driver (who we arranged for this management to pick us up was late) dropped us at the back of Lucky Plaza Apartment. The guard us asked what floor our apartment and we couldn’t tell as we told him someone was meeting us. The guard contacted the telephone number I have on my booking but there was no answer. We were panicking already and finally the cleaner arrived to meet us. However, he said our room was not yet ready but we could wait inside the apartment. While waiting for him to clean and make the beds, we watched TV. Unfortunately the TV was not working properly - blurred pictures and static sound. He tried to fix it but couldn’t and he said he would tell the management. After over an hour he left giving us one set of key for the 6 of us. The next day not everyone could take shower as there was no hot water. Contacted the number the cleaner left us but again no answer. After 10 am I finally talked to someone to tell her that there was no hot water, there was a leak outside the 2nd toilet and the Television was not working. She said she would send someone to our apartment. After an hour I received a call from the maintenance man to advise that he was in front of our apartment and we went back to our apartment to let him in (real big hassle and waste of time). Finally he said there was a switch to turn on for hot water (no instruction given to us) and the leak was coming from washing machine (which we didn’t even use). As for the TV it needed replacement but it was replaced a day before our departure! Really bad experience and we found this place not safe. Every night there were always policemen around Lucky Plaza. Definitely not recommended to stay here.

Over all it was good only they won’t allow early check in or late check out

Accessibility to shopping, transport & attractions.

I requested for a late check out since our flight was still at 19:30 but we were asked to vacate the property at 11:30am. My children were still doing some last minute shopping & we just stayed at the corridors.

Frustrating! Disappointing! Would not recommend,

Location

Room not available till day after we had booked it for, had to move rooms. Door handle broken, not secure, Difficult to contact for help. 3 towels for 6 people. Asked ages ago for late checkout, told no, late on last day. Booking.com no help either.

Fraud , Don't give your credit card details to them.

Location was good but they didn't gave us check in untill 8.00pm in the evening. They are fraud,beware of them.

They are fraud, they charged 1200$ from our card in the name of cleaning charges. I had filled a FIR against them in Singapore police. Appartment which they are offering is full of mosquitos flies and dirt.

The property was clean but not the same executive apartment...

The property was clean but not the same executive apartment booked on booking.com website.

Was given a totally different apartment which was not the same executive apartment as per the property details on your booking.com website and I was put in a more inferior and cheap apartment. Details & all photographs of the apartment was emailed to Booking.com and one of the staff Beth S. Customer Service Team confirmed to me in an email that it was not the same apartment. As per Booking.com email to me on 1st Feb stating they are working with 2br Orchard Executive to arrange a satisfactory resolution. Unfortunately, we haven't reached a conclusion yet. They will inform of any new developments and expect to come back to me with a solution within a couple of working days and I am yet to receive a call or email with a response/resolution today 6 Feb 2019.
